Helen

RVN / Practice Manager

Helen joined the practice in 1994 as a student veterinary nurse and gained her RVN qualifications in 1999. She has since moved into the role of practice manager and is an essential part of the Chapel House family.

She is responsible for the organisations of the practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for staff, clients and most importantly the patients. Her role also includes preparing staff rotas, book keeping, processing insurance claims and much more. Helen is also part of our clinical coaching team and is responsible for nurse training.

Helen has rescued and re-homed multiple animals that have come in needing a new loving home.

Helen is also a member of the local Crossfit box
