Joanne joined the Chapel House reception team in 2006. She works at both the Hady Hill and Staveley branches.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two girls and she is also an Ultra Runner and a member of Crossfit.

As of 2022, Joanne completed her gold level BVRA and is now a Registered Veterinary Receptionist.
