Chapel House services update

We have installed some portacabins on the car park at Hady Hill which we will be using as temporary consult rooms and for clients to collect flea and worm treatment and pre-ordered prescriptions whilst repair work to the main building is underway. They will be open from Monday 27 November until further notice, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm.

Our phonelines are still out of action, so all calls continue to be directed to the Staveley branch. The consults we can perform in these portacabins will be limited but routine appointments are available with limited medications. No operations or emergency treatment can be performed at Hady Hill. Appointments for these procedures will continue to be at Staveley until further notice.

Our usual car park is currently closed due to building work and deliveries. Parking will be at the old Cat Clinic marked on the map. Please follow the arrows on the pavement into our temporary reception, which will be in cabin 1.

Thank you for your ongoing support and patience.
